DAILY SHARE LETTER: 21/08/2007
MAREKT OUTLOOK: Yesterday market opened with a huge on back of positive cues from global markets. The rally will face stiff resistance around Nifty 4335, 4440, 4530-4535. Nifty 4530-4535 has become Laxmanrekha for the bulls. Bears have at least thrice in last couple of weeks managed to have their way from this level. Stop loss level for short sellers will be Nifty spot 4530-4535. Nifty strong support is around 4065-4072 levels. We had advised in our Daily Share Letter date 17/08/2007 that " Nifty short term support is around 4000-4065, start buying gradually for a possible technical rally next week. Recovery targets for nifty is 4335, 4440. Today opening should be weak but recovery will come after initial sell off ." As expected we are seeing technical rally this week, buy oversold scrips for pullback move. Keep positions light and use rallies to exit long positions around crucial resistances. Fertilizer stocks are highly overbought. Book profits for now. Nifty intraday support is around 4190, 4120 whereas resistance is around 4285, 4350.
